This is a one-time cost of $199.

Think of Macro Jump Start as “leveling up” from the free calculator. My free macro calculator is simply a template that can only be customized to a certain point, whereas Macro Jump Start includes personalization and takes your medical history into account including: how well you’re sleeping, how you’re performing in workouts, and how your digestion is behaving. No free calculator can go to that level but I address them all with Macro Jump Start using an in depth health assessment.

This is not 1:1 nutrition coaching. Individual nutrition coaching is highly customized.  Cycles last 3-6 months and include biweekly check ins, direct access to me between sessions and a customized long term plan. Apply for 1:1 coaching here.

Once you purchase the Macro Jump Start, you’ll receive an assessment form and food journal to complete. Once these forms are returned to me, you’ll receive your customized plan and an invitation to book your 20 minute review call within 7 business days.

You’ll receive you plan within 7 business days from the time you complete your assessment paperwork.

This is a one time set of numbers. If you feel like you’re going to need multiple adjustments (due to things like race or competition training), one on one coaching might be a better fit for you!

You don’t need to currently be tracking my food intake, but the more specific you are with your current intake (types of food, serving sizes), the better I can help you. Also, tracking would be how you put these numbers into action after our meeting!

You will receive a recommended “sample day” example based on your numbers but this service does not include a meal plan. You are encouraged to find foods that you enjoy and fit them into your prescribed goals. You can ask questions on what this looks like during your virtual meeting with Megan.

You have the opportunity to ask me any lingering questions on our call so that you have an in depth explanation as to the WHY behind the numbers, and I will recommend any next steps for you to take in the coming months.
